Family Movie Night
Publix Math Night is a celebration of math in the aisles of the grocery store. Hosted annually in late September at the Haynes Bridge Village Publix, Publix Math Night is fun, free, family event.

Family Movie Night
Family Movie Night brings our community together for a movie on the big screen on the back field. This event takes places in late October and features a family-friendly movie and snacks!
Sign Up to decorate your vehicle for a trunk-or-treat event as we await sunset.

We teach our bears to give back in a variety ways, including Candy for Troops after Halloween, Annual Food Drive in November and The Giving Tree in December to benefit North Fulton Community Charities.

Family BINGO Night
Mother-Son BINGO has been a crowd-favorite event each year. For 2023-2024, we invite the whole family to attend. This event takes place in late January and is a time for families to spend time together, win some prizes, and have some fun.

Father-Daughter Dance takes place each March and features a fun evening for daughters and a caring adult in their lives.

Our school play is a premier theatrical event! The play is for 3rd through 5th graders, with lead roles reserved for the older grades. With auditions and rehearsals November through January, these Bears do their best and put on stellar performances.

Grandparents Day Breakfast
Grandparents serve a huge role in the lives of our bears and we invite them to join us for breakfast in the cafeteria in honor of Grandparents Day in September.
International Night

International Night is a night to celebrate all of Barnwell's diversity. Families and community partners come together to highlight cultures from around the world through food, clothing, and music. Look for this event in October 2023.

STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics - Week is a week to celebrate all of these things. With hands-on science and engineering activities and guest artists coming in-house to show their talents, our students are exposed to all things STEAM. This event takes place in May.

We LOVE our staff and teachers! Every year in the Spring we celebrate our great team with gifts, notes, and meals to show them how appreciated they are.

Love is in the air and this February the Barnwell sons will have the opportunity to dress up and bring a caring adult to dance the night away with friends.

Spirit Nights
Barnival is our big year-end carnival. Made possible through our generous families and community business partners, Barnival draws current and past students from the Barnwell community to play and have fun for one evening in early May.

We have school spirit! Yes we do! We show it annually with spirit nights around our community. Join us for these fun nights at Brusters for ice cream, SkyZone for jumping, and local restaurants for dinner.
All Pro Dads
All Pro Dads
All Pro Dads
All Pro Dads is an opportunity for Dads, Father Figures and Moms to meet in the morning with their kids at 6:45AM in the cafeteria for free breakfast while engaging in guided life conversations and the chance to win awesome prizes! Free for all.
